I'm Sachin Sharma, The Indian Hiker Who Walked 1100+ KM Solo Across Himalayas
My name is Sachin Sharma and I walked the Indian Himalayas Solo – from Uttrakhand to Ladakh, 1100+ KM, across 35+ passes. It was the first time an Indian Hiker had done this traverse Solo and Self-dependent. While doing this, I realised why “Self-Dependent” hiking is still so rare in India. We have the most beautiful trails in the world, but we don’t have awareness about them. That is what i want to bring “Awareness“.
Life On Trails is my attempt to Advertise our own Himalayan trails the way they deserve – with real field notes, mapped routes, and guidance. So more of us can walk Self-dependently, Safely, and Confidently.
